Philanderers take note! There is a new app in town that will make it easier for you to continue with your no good, cheating ways: TigerText.
Named after the now infamous Tiger Woods, TigerText is an iPhone app that automatically deletes text messages from a sender’s phone, a recipient’s phone, and the server of a service provider. If you recall, Tiger’s wife Elin supposedly busted her husband after spotting incriminating messages on his cell phone.
One big perk to TigerText is that it allows users to control the lifespan of a message. Cautious/paranoid types can set their message to delete on read, meaning the message will self-destruct 60 seconds after the receiver opens it, or they may select a more lenient timeframe, say a couple of hours or so. Once TigerText deletes a message, it’s gone forever. Only a trail of tiger paw prints will remain (and even that can be deleted with the “delete history” setting). The only drawback is that both parties must have TigerText installed on their phones so you’re out of luck if your “special friend” doesn’t own an iPhone.
TigerText is the perfect app for cheaters, sexters, shady politicians, drug dealers, and anyone else who has something to hide. Interested? Click here for more information.

A group of Iowa lawmakers are proposing to legalize in-state Internet poker, a move that would make Iowa the first state in the nation to do so.
Proponents argue that some 50,000 Iowans already play illegally and that state-regulated gambling would be safer for residents and bring approximately $11.5 million in extra revenue a year.
“We would take something that Iowans are currently being abused on by out-of-country, unregulated entities and allow the state to put constraints on it," said Rep. Doug Struyk, who is part of a legislative group working on the issue.

According to a report released by the United National Environment Program (UNEP), consumer gadgets will threaten both the environment and public health unless world leaders can determine how to efficiently collect and recycle material from discarded computers, printers, cell phones, televisions, and various other electronic devices, otherwise known as e-waste.
According to the report, e-waste in China and South Africa will increase by 400% in the next 10 years. India is projected to see an increase of 500%. This is a problem as the developing nations do not yet have a safe or efficient way to recycle e-waste materials. Most of the waste goes to so-called backyard recyclers, unsupervised operations that incinerate e-waste in an attempt to collect the precious metals found in consumer gadgets (gold, silver, palladium, and cobalt). The smoke from these fires is toxic and threatens the health of workers and people in local communities.

Keeping with the bodily waste app theme, today’s weird iPhone app focuses on number 1 rather than number 2 (though the app can technically be used for both).
Introducing Have 2P, a free app that allows users to:
• Find restrooms in the local area and view their location on a map
• Read restroom reviews to determine whether or not a restroom is clean, if a changing table is available, etc.
• Add and review new restrooms to share with others
• Save time by avoiding businesses with no public restrooms
Have2App even has a so-called “urgency detector” that can sense when a user is shaking and prompt a new restroom search. Though the app may seem a little silly, it also sounds kind of useful. I wouldn’t mind having it at a street festival or while sightseeing in an unfamiliar city. Then again, I’m a girl and everyone knows women have to pee around 800 times a day (or so men claim).
Visit Have2p.com to download the app.

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's....flying panties?
On March 6th, visitors to the Akihabara district of Tokyo will be treated to the strange sight of hundreds of panty ornithopters (at least strange to any other country but Japan). What's an ornithopter you ask? According to dictionary.com, an ornithopter is "a heavier-than-air craft designed to be propelled through the air by flapping wings." Panties that fly by flapping their wings? That should be interesting.
The gadgets are actually powered by rubber bands and Tokyo dwellers can buy a kit to launch their own panty-shaped ornithopters should the mood strike them. The panty-thopters are meant to promote the Japanese manga cartoon Sora no Otoshimono (What Fell from the Sky) and are part of Akihabara's Sky Festival.
Here's a video of a panty-thopter flapping majestically through the sky. The subtitles are in Japanese, but you get the idea.

Earlier today, Tiger Woods finally broke the silence surrounding his torrid affairs and the incident with wife, Elin, last November. It's the standard apology statement, though he does get a bit fired up when talking about the paparazzi stalking his family and the press printing false stories.
Check out the full video below. Tiger's mom looks pissed (4:48).

Meet Coco Rocha. The 21-year-old fashion model is 5’10”, 108 pounds but claims her career is suffering because the fashion industry thinks she is too fat.
“I’m not in demand for the shows anymore,” the size 4 beauty recently told the New York Times. “I’ve been told to lose weight when I was really skinny.”
At a size 4, Coco does exceed the standard sample size of 0 but she certainly doesn’t look fat to us. Check out the pictures below.

The 82nd Annual Academy Awards are on March 7th and Vegas is taking bets on who the big winners will be.
The favorites for Best Picture are Avatar and The Hurt Locker. Although Avatar did not receive a screenplay nomination, Vegas still expects the film to win Best Picture. Traditionally, films lacking screenplay nominations do not win in this category. The Hurt Locker, on the other hand, did receive a nomination for best screenplay. Not only that, but Avatar director James Cameron is going against The Hurt Locker director (and ex-wife) Kathryn Bigelow for Best Director so that should make things interesting.

Here at LotsOLoot, we’ve seen some pretty strange iPhone apps, but iPoo might just be the strangest yet.
Released in early December, iPoo is an online community dedicated to connecting poopers everywhere. With iPoo, users can chat with fellow defecators, draw graffiti on a virtual wall, view a map pinpointing the location of other poopers, learn useless trivia, browse real-time pooping stats, share random thoughts, and more! Sorry, no poo photos allowed. Apple banned it. However, the iPoo website reports that they are working on alternative methods for users to post and draw on their photos. Can’t wait!
