DigiTour 2011 Kicks Off April 12

DigiTour 2011, a six-week tour featuring popular musicians from YouTube, kicks off on April 12 and The Gregory Brothers, Dave Days, and DeStorm are among the artists performing in the 27-city extravaganza.

The Gregory Brothers, of course, are the musicians behind the YouTube classics “Bed Intruder” and “Double Rainbow,” while Dave Days (who has more YouTube subscribers than Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga) is responsible for the hit video “OMG! This girl is sooo hot!” DeStorm records rap songs based on viewer challenges, while David Choi is a singer-songwriter and The Mystery Guitar Man, also part of the DigiTour lineup, is a guitarist, animator, and filmmaker. According to a release, the DigiTour musicians have over one billion combined views and six million combined fan subscriptions, so the show has a decent chance of drawing a crowd.

While individual tickets aren’t for sale, DigiTour is offering three different packages ranging in price from $24.99 to $69.99. All packages include a ticket, a free download of Dave Days’ new single, and a collectible laminate, while package #2 includes a tee shirt and package #3 includes a backstage pass. Stops on the tour include Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Philadelphia, and 23 other major cities. Visit TheDigiTour.com to view the full tour schedule.
