Fabulous, Free App for the Fashion-Forward

Adore fashion but can’t make it to New York Fashion Week next month? No worries. The Cut on the Runway iPad app is now available to fashionistas everywhere.

From the fashion editors of New York Magazine and The Cut (New York’s fashion blog), The Cut on the Runway features full-length, detailed photos of recent collections in a variety of styles; runway videos of the industry’s biggest shows; a back-stage look at the models, designers, and celebrities that make fashion shows great, the latest news on designers, models, fashion trends, and much more.

“I’m excited to announce the iPad version of nymag.com’s award-winning fashion section,” said Ben Williams, editorial director of nymag.com. “Its intuitive design makes flipping through countless high-resolution runway images quick and easy, and the app includes several features that are unique to the iPad market, such as the ability to search looks by color, fabric, and trend, reader rankings of runway looks, and fully integrated hourly fashion news from The Cut."

Fashion-forward fellows and females will undoubtedly find The Cut a handy tool during next month’s New York Fashion Week, running February 10-17. Unlike the designer garments that grace the runway, The Cut on the Runway is free.
